Refund Policy

RIGHT TO RETRACT

In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer may return the Product delivered within fourteen (14) days of delivery thereof and request reimbursement from ROSEMATIC, it being specified that return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

The additional costs of sending the returned Product, when the Buyer has chosen a more expensive delivery method than that offered by ROSEMATIC, or the least expensive delivery method offered by ROSEMATIC, will remain the responsibility of the Buyer.

The refund will be made within fourteen (14) days following receipt of the returned Product, according to the initial payment method for the order, less the initial shipping costs.

In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the Buyer must contact ROSEMATIC at the address contact@rosematic.com 

Any returned Product must be in its new condition, namely: unsoiled, in its original packaging, in resalable condition, all unequivocally.

It is recalled in this regard that the liability of the Buyer, in the event of withdrawal after use of the Product, may be incurred with regard to the depreciation of the Product resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the proper functioning of this Product. It should be noted that according to the European Commission, these manipulations are those that a consumer could have carried out in a store, for the goods offered for sale there.

 

REFUND

The Buyer may request a refund of the Product(s) purchased within fourteen (14) days of receipt of their order, under the conditions set out below:

The Buyer is invited to send an e-mail to the address contact@rosematic.com within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the package by the Buyer, indicating the references of their order and the/ the reason(s) for the return.

After this period, no request for exchange or refund can be taken into account.

The refund will only be accepted if ROSEMATIC has received the Product(s) concerned in their original packaging within fourteen (14) days from the Buyer's return request. The Product(s) must not contain any defects other than those specified.

 

Our products are shipped from France, an EU member country.

In the event of delivery to a country not a member of the European Union, customs taxes will be payable on arrival by the Buyer.

In the event of non-payment of customs taxes by the Buyer, no refund of the order will be possible because the costs of repatriation of the order will be the responsibility of ROSEMATIC;

 

ROSEMATIC cannot under any circumstances be held responsible in the event of theft, loss or damage of the package.
